Cognos information
When troubleshooting reports, you will require some basic information about your Cognos implementation, which can be found in the System Information page.
To display this information, navigate through , and then scroll down to the Cognos Information section.

| Cognos Gateway URL | Specifies the value entered in the application registry path:
The gateway URI provides direct access to this Cognos Server for administration purposes. |
| Cognos Datasource Connection String | Defines the properties of the database connection between the Cognos server and the Workforce Management database server. |
| Cognos Dispatchers | Handles routing requests and provides load-balancing capabilities for multiple user requests. |
| WBI Version, Build Number, and Build Date | Collectively represents the build information deployed on the Cognos server. This information should always match the build information of the Workforce Management application. |
