Editing system parameters

Use the steps to edit an existing system parameter when required to enable new or alter existing functionality.

  1. Access the Registry Maintenance page and locate the parameter you want to edit.
    See Finding system parameters.
  2. Click the parameter to edit.
  3. Click Edit on the Variable Selected section. The Edit Variable section is displayed.
  4. Update the fields as required:
    Variable Object Type

    Specify the parameter object type. For example, java.lang.String.

    Variable Value
    The value assigned to the parameter. For example, FALSE.
  5. Click Save to save your changes.
