This parameter determines if randomness is enabled for Auto-Assignment. If randomness is enabled, Auto-Assignment may randomly select the employee that it assigns to a shift, as long as the shift assignment complies with the group's Auto-Assignment rules. Randomness ensures that the same shifts are not assigned to the same employees during each Auto-Assignment process. It is useful when there are not enough shifts for the group of employees to assign.
