DATA_LOCALIZATION_ON

Description:

This parameter is set to FALSE to turn off (disable) Data Localization. This setting is used under either of these conditions:

  • there is a new database build
  • the DATA_LOCALIZATION_ON registry does not exist in the database. This condition may occur when the database is not properly upgraded.

When set to TRUE, Data Localization functionality is on (enabled).
