DISPLAY_FULLNAME

Description:

This registry determines whether an employee’s full name displays alongside their username in the Inbox and Read Message pages of both the Admin Portal and Self Service Portal (SSP).

For example, when the username is set to WORKBRAIN and the full name is Support, Workbrain, the message displays as WORKBRAIN [Support, Workbrain].

Note: This registry depends on the values of the registries messageSenderDisplay and messageReceiverDisplay. If either is set to EMP_FULLNAME, the DISPLAY_FULLNAME registry does not function as intended.

To ensure the full name displays correctly, avoid setting these dependent registries to EMP_FULLNAME when DISPLAY_FULLNAME is enabled.
