Specifies the minimum time between consecutive entries (from the same process) into the WORKBRAIN_SYS_STATE table.
This parameter also controls the time interval used in the MAX_SUPPORTED_ACTIVE_SESSIONS registry parameter. For more information, see MAX_SUPPORTED_ACTIVE_SESSIONS.
