This registry parameter specifies the number of minutes that users must wait before they can award shifts in Vocantas that were offered from WFM.

Specify the number of minutes that users must wait before they can award shifts in Vocantas that were offered from WFM. This duration is used only when VOCANTAS_WEBSERVICE_PARAMETER_LAUNCHSHIFT_AWARD_SCHEME is set to PriorityOrder. This duration is not used when the FirstComeFirstServed option is specified.
