FLOAT_USE_ASSOCIATED_JOBS

This registry parameter controls if the shift’s job is updated to the employee’s job based on the associated job ranking when floating an employee. If the value is set to true, and the employee is floated to an unassigned shift with a parent job, then the job of the floated-to shift is updated to the employee’s job based on the associated job ranking. If the value is false, and the employee is floated to an unassigned shift with a parent job, then the job of the floated-to shift is not updated to the employee’s job.
