Specifies how to treat values that are reduced to negative numbers when using the additional mass-edit options, Value Change, and Value Change Distributed.
- Valid Values:

One of these options:
- ALWAYS_APPLY: Reduces the value to a negative value.
- REDUCE_TO_ZERO: Reduces the value to zero (0) instead of reducing the value to a negative number.
- NO_CHANGE: Does not change the value.
