Generating a schedule
- Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Schedule Template > Generate Schedule.

On the Unit tab, specify
this information:
- Unit
- Select a unit to generate a schedule. To select multiple units, select the check box for each unit.
- Include Sub Units
- Select this check box to include subunits associated with the selected units. Selecting multiple units automatically disables the Include Sub Units check box.
- Generation Dates
- To set the schedule time period, select a value in the Schedule Period field or manually specify the dates in the Start & End Dates field.
- If you select a value in the Schedule Period field, you can allocate only one schedule to a process at a time.
Note: To display all available schedule periods, including the current date, the selected units must have the same schedule period. - Click Next.

On the Templates tab, perform one of these options:
- Select an SRT from the options listed under the SRT heading.
- Select an ST from the options listed under the ST heading.
- Select both an SRT
and an ST from the options listed under the SRT and ST headings.
