Generating a schedule

Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Schedule Template > Generate Schedule.

On the Unit tab, specify this information:

Unit: Select a unit to generate a schedule. To select multiple units, select the check box for each unit.

Include Sub Units: Select this check box to include subunits associated with the selected units. Selecting multiple units automatically disables the Include Sub Units check box.

Generation Dates: To set the schedule time period, select a value in the Schedule Period field or manually specify the dates in the Start & End Dates field.; If you select a value in the Schedule Period field, you can allocate only one schedule to a process at a time.

Note: To display all available schedule periods, including the current date, the selected units must have the same schedule period.

Click Next.

On the Templates tab, perform one of these options:

Select an SRT from the options listed under the SRT heading.
See SRT from under the SRT heading.
Select an ST from the options listed under the ST heading.
See ST from under the ST heading.
Select both an SRT and an ST from the options listed under the SRT and ST headings.
See Both SRT and ST.
