Relief Queue buttons
To modify a selected shift in the Relief Queue, click a button at the bottom of the Relief Queue page.
The table describes the buttons:

| Offer Shifts | Displays the Relief Calling Area page with all the shifts that you have selected. | 
| View Call Log | Displays the Call Log for Selected Shifts window for the selected shift. The window is displayed even when the shift has no calls logged. | 
| Relief Not Needed | Updates selected shifts to RNN status. | 
| Relief Not Found | Updates selected shifts to RNF status. | 
| Mark Unfilled | Updates selected shifts to UNFILLED status . Applicable to shifts in RNN, RNF, PENDING, and FILLED statuses. | 
| Retain AR | For shifts with the AR (Action Required) status, changes the relief shifts to become ad-hoc shifts. The relief shifts are no longer associated to the booked off shifts. | 
| Remove AR | For shifts with the AR (Action Required) status, removes the shift and unassigns the employee assignment. The shift is given the Removed status. | 
| Cancel Vacant | Cancels the unassigned shifts from a rotation or One-time Schedule unassigned row. The shifts return to be part of the row and are no longer be within the Relief Queue. | 
| Shift Comments | Adds comments to a shift or shift block. You can add comments to individual shifts, multiple shifts, and shift blocks. After a comment has been added, a comment indicator is displayed on the shift. | 
| Send to Billboard | Sends relief shifts to the shift billboard. |
