Select a unit to view. A unit is a team. To select multiple units, select the check box for each unit.
Employee
Select employees to view. You can select employees instead of or in addition to the unit. To select multiple employees, select the check box for each employee.
Schedule Period
Select a schedule period.
The schedule period is defined on the Team page.
Start Date and End Date
If a schedule period was not selected, select the first date and the last date of a date range.
Optionally, select one or more display options.
Optionally, select one or more filters under Filters.
Optionally, select a sort order for the results of the schedule selection.
Click Load to load the schedule.
Expand the Schedule Selection panel, and click Save as Preset. The Preset Definition window is displayed.
Specify a name for your preset.
Specify filters, sorts, and dates for your preset in the other available fields.
