KPI Header

By default, the KPI Header is not visible to users accessing the new schedule screens for the first time. When you choose to display the KPI Header, all core key performance indicators, such as the total number of shifts plotted, the number of hours scheduled, and the total costs of the schedules are displayed on the schedule grid. You can use the KPI information to help in decision-making during various stages of scheduling.

The system calculates the KPI information for the teams and the schedule period selected on the scheduling screen.

This list shows the KPIs available for SHIFTS:

• Filled Shifts
• Unfilled Shifts
• Total Shifts

This list shows the KPIs available for HOURS:

• Filled Hours
• Unfilled Hours
• Total Hours

This list shows the KPIs available for COST:

• Total Cost
