Reducing Cell Spacing in the Staffing Requirement Template

  1. From the homepage, select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Schedule Template > Schedule Template.
  2. Click the Turn ON config mode icon.
  3. Specify this information:
    Unit
    Specify the unit or team to load its schedule template.
    Date
    Specify the date from the calendar when the template becomes active.
  4. Click Load to display the list of available SRTs.
  5. Click the Edit icon next to the template to reduce spacing between cells.
  6. Click the Diamond icon next to any cell.
  7. In the Field UI Configuration, specify the value in the Field Parameters field.

    For example, use width=20 or width=15, depending on your preferred display compactness.

    Note: If the width value is invalid or left blank, the cell width defaults to its maximum size.
  8. Click Save to apply the changes.
  9. Click X to close the pop-up window.
  10. Click the Turn OFF config mode icon.
