Sending shifts to the Relief Queue using Details Edit

You can send shifts in Unassigned, RNN, RNF, or Pending statuses to the Relief Queue using Details Edit mode in ASV. If you send a shift to the Relief Queue using the Details Edit mode, the selected shift is not locked.

Note: The Relief Needed button is hidden by default. Turn on Config mode and set the Permission Flag to Act in the Security Configuration window to show the button.
  1. Display the ASV view where there is an unassigned shift that you want to send to the Relief Queue.
    See Displaying schedules with ASV.
  2. Select Edit Mode > Details Edit.
  3. Select the unassigned shift that you want to send to the Relief Queue.
  4. Click Relief Needed. Your selected shift is sent to the Relief Queue.
    Note: Shifts with RNN, RNF, or Pending statuses are changed into Unfilled status when you select Relief Needed.
