Editing a single shift on mobile

  1. From the homepage, select a date to view the list of scheduled and unscheduled employees.
  2. Select an employee card and click the Ellipsis icon.
  3. Select View/Edit Shift Details.
  4. Click the Arrow button to expand the shift details and specify these attributes:
    Details Day
    Specify a different day for the shift.
    Start Time
    Specify a new start time of the shift.
    End Time
    Specify a new end time of the shift.
    Job
    Specify a different job for the shift.
    Activity
    Specify a different activity for the shift.
    Docket
    Specify a different docket for the shift.
    Department
    Specify a different department for the shift.
    Project
    Specify a different project for the shift.
    UDFs and Flags
    Specify values for a shift detail UDF and Flag fields. The names and behaviors of these fields are set by the system administrator during configuration.
  5. Add another segment by clicking the Ellipsis icon and select Add work or Add on-call.
    Note: When you add a new on-call segment, it displays with an on-call icon, and you can allocate ONCALL activity to it.
  6. Repeat step 2.
  7. To modify a segment, click the Ellipsis icon next to each segment.
    From there, you can change the segment type between On-call and Work, duplicate the segment, or delete it.
    Note: The Delete button is available only if there are at least two segments.
  8. Add or modify a break or meal for the shift.
  9. Add or modify the skills for the shifts.
  10. Add or modify the data elements of the shift.
  11. Click Save Edits.
