Sending shifts to the Relief Queue using Mass Edit

You can send multiple shifts to the relief queue using the Mass edit mode in ASV. If you send shifts to the Relief Queue using the Mass Edit mode, the selected shifts are not locked.

Note: The Relief Needed button is hidden by default. Turn on Config mode and set the Permission Flag to Act in the Security Configuration window to show the button.

Display the schedule in ASV that has the shifts that you want to send to the Relief Queue.

Select Edit Mode > Mass Edit.
Select the shifts.
Select Relief Needed. The shifts are sent to the Relief Queue.

Note: You cannot send shifts that are booked off, marked as Relief Not Needed, Locked, or Assigned to employees for relief. A warning message is shown specifying that you must deselect shifts that are not marked as Relief Needed or Assigned.
