Accessing Manage Schedule
You can access Manage Schedule through the Admin Portal or Self-service Portal.
- From the homepage, select Scheduling > Manage Schedule.
- On the Schedule Selection page, select Team or Employee.
- If you select Team, you can specify one or more team names to view their schedule. Use the team database lookup to view the list of available teams.
- Optionally, select the Include sub-teams check box to add the schedules of sub-teams for the selected teams.
- If you select Employee, you can specify one or more employee names to view their schedule. Use the database lookup to view the list of available employees.
- Optionally, select the Show unassigned shifts check box to display unassigned shifts.
This option is available only when the Employee radio button is selected. When selected, the Select team(s) for the unassigned shift(s) field becomes available where you can specify one or more team names to include in the schedule. Use the team database lookup to view the list of available teams.
Note: The MAX_EMPLOYEES_SELECTION registry setting determines the maximum number of employees you can load in Manage Schedule . The default value is 1000, but this limit is configurable and adjustable. - In the Schedule Period section, specify a period to determine the range of the schedule to load.
These are the available options in the Period selection field:
- Manual Date Range
- Last Schedule Period
- Current Schedule Period
- Next Schedule Period
- Last Week
- Current Week
- Next Week
If Manual Date Range is selected, you must manually select the start and end dates. You can use the calendar icon to facilitate date selection.
Note: The MAX_DAYS_SELECTION registry setting determines the maximum allowable schedule period. The default value is 56 days, but this limit is configurable and adjustable. An error message displays when these conditions occur:- The selected range exceeds the maximum.
- The end date precedes the start date.
- Selected teams have different schedule periods.

- Click Load Schedule to display the schedule.
Note: You can save your selection as a preset for quick access later. When you reopen Manage Schedule, the Preset field shows the last loaded schedule. To apply a preset, select one from the list and click Load Schedule. To start without a preset, clear the Preset field before proceeding.
- To move the date ranges by period, click the arrows in the Manual date range.
- To adjust the parameters of the loaded schedule, click the unit name or period row to access the Schedule Selection page. Then, repeat steps 2 to 8 to complete the modification.
