Broadcasting a mobile offer in Manage Schedule

  1. From the homepage, select Scheduling > Manage Schedule.
  2. Display a schedule with Manage Schedule.
  3. Left-click on a single shift to open its detail card, then select Broadcast Shift.
    Alternatively, right-click on a shift and select Broadcast Shift.
  4. On the Broadcast Shift window, specify this information:
    Teams
    Specify the team to broadcast the selected shift.
    Call List
    Specify the call list to broadcast the selected shift.
    Employees
    Specify the employees to whom you want to broadcast the selected shifts.
  5. Apply filters on the list of employees. Select from these check boxes:
    • Available: shows all available employees.
    • Qualified by job: shows only employees whose jobs match the selected shift.
    • Qualified by skill: shows only employees whose skills match the selected shift.
    • Team members only: shows only employees of the specified team.
  6. To further filter the list of employees, specify this information:
    Employment Type
    Specify the category of employment, such as full-time or part-time.
    Work Type
    Specify the nature of the work assigned to the employee.
    Schedule Status
    Specify the employee's scheduling status.
    This field shows only employees who are not yet scheduled.
  7. Click Next to see the list of employees.
  8. On the Scheduling screen, expand the Broadcast row and select the employees to include in the broadcast.
  9. Click Next.
  10. Specify the offer duration and hours and minutes.
    The approximate closing date and time are automatically calculated and displayed below this field.
  11. Select the Auto-approve compliance warning check box.
  12. Optionally, add a message to send to the selected employees.
  13. Click Offer to broadcast the shift to the selected employees.
