Viewing the total number of shifts

  1. On the Scheduling screen, click Display Options.
  2. Select the KPI Header to display the Shift KPI widgets:
    Filled Shifts
    The number of assigned shifts. The system looks for schedules for the date range you selected and then looks for all the assigned shifts
    Filled Shifts %
    The sum of filled shifts and unfilled shifts is divided by the number of filled shifts and then multiplied by 100. The total filled shift percentage is rounded off to 2 decimal places.
    Unfilled Shifts
    The number of unassigned shifts. The system scans the schedule for the selected date range and identifies all unassigned shifts.
    Unfilled Shifts %
    The sum of filled shifts and unfilled shifts is divided by the number of unfilled shifts and then multiplied by 100. The total unfilled shift percentage is rounded off to 2 decimal places.
    Shifts Total
    The sum of filled shifts and unfilled shifts.
