Non-MVS shifts in MR and OTS

In MR and OTS, non-MVS shifts:

• Cannot be modified or unassigned
• Are not included in calculations of hours, shifts, costs, or staff coverage

Non-MVS shifts are detected as conflicts when the shift time overlaps with an MR or OTS shift that is assigned to the same employee. MR and OTS resolve these conflicts through the Queue method, which sends the shift from the MR or OTS to the relief queue.
