Sending shifts to the Relief Queue and Relief Calling Area with ASV

  1. Display the ASV view where there is a shift that you want to send to the Relief Queue and Relief Calling Area.
  2. Select the shift to be sent to the Relief Queue and Relief Calling Area.
  3. Click the Relief icon in the upper right corner of the window. Your selected shift is locked and sent to the Relief Queue and the Relief Calling Area.
  4. Configure your shift details in the Relief Calling Area.
