Row version status
The row version status indicates the current stage of a row version in the MR or OTS. You can use these statuses to track whether a row version is editable, in process, ready for publishing, or already in use.
This table shows the complete list of row version statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| DRAFT | The row version is created but not yet processed or validated. You can edit the row before moving to another status. |
| ACTIVE | The row version is active, and its shifts and labor metrics apply to the schedule during its effective dates, unless replaced by a newer version. |
| UNPROCESSED | The row version is created but has not yet undergone any processing or validation steps. |
| PENDING PROCESS | The row version is queued for processing. You cannot modify the row until processing is completed. |
| LOCKED FOR PROCESSING | The row version is locked because it is actively being processed. You cannot make any edits to it until processing finishes. |
| PUBLISHED | The row version is approved and published for use in schedules. |
| PROCESS REQUIRED | The row version requires processing before you can publish or use it. |
| READY | The row version passes processing and validation and is ready for publishing. |
| INACTIVE |
The row version is inactive due to the deletion or inactivation of its MR or OTS template. Inactive rows do not generate shifts or labor metrics during their effective dates.
