Updating assignment dates for multiple rows

You can update assignment dates for multiple schedule rows that do not share the same parent row using the Update Assignment pop-up.

Note: Other options in the Manage Assignment menu, such as Unassign, can only be performed on a single row at a time.
  1. Click inside the Employee column for one of the rows you would like to edit.
    The Assignment and Labor Metrics panel is displayed.
  2. Click the Assignment Periods tab.
  3. Select the other rows you would like to edit in the Update Rows field.
  4. Click Manage Assignment > Update Assignment.
    The Update Assignment pop-up opens for all the selected rows.
  5. Update the rows as needed and then click Submit.
