Viewing the total scheduled cost
- On the Scheduling screen, click Display Options.
- Select the KPI Header to display the Cost KPI widget:
- Total Scheduled Cost

The Cost KPI is demonstrated in $$. Activities that contribute to the schedule's cost for all employees within the selected period are identified. Hours are then calculated based on the activity codes.
Finally, the calculated hours are multiplied by the employee base rate or job rate to determine the total scheduled cost.
