Presets

You can use presets in Central Staffing to load a schedule with predefined selections. Presets streamline the process of selecting units and can include any combination of units, selection parameters, time ranges, and sort criteria. These are applied when loading either the Schedule Zone or the Float Pool Zone.

When a preset is created, the current layout is saved, including the visibility settings of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) panel and the Float Pool Zone. Each preset is tied to a specific schedule and is unique to your user account, ensuring that it remains inaccessible to other users.
