Viewing or adding notes to employee

  1. Display a schedule with ASV.
  2. On the scheduling screen, click the Comment icon next to the name of the employee for whom you prefer to view or add notes.
    Note: Notes are visible only if their start or end dates overlap within the loaded schedule period.
  3. To view all notes, use the scroll bar to browse through the list of available notes.
  4. To add a note, specify this information:
    Effective Date Range
    Specify the effective start and end dates of the comment.
    Note
    Provide your message in the text area of the field. Each note is limited to 200 characters.
  5. Click Add Note.
  6. To delete a note, click the Delete icon next to the comment you prefer to remove.
    Note: You cannot edit existing notes. To make changes, you must delete the existing note and create a new one.
  7. Click X to close the Notes page.
