Employee cell icons

In the employee cell, you can view various details such as the employee's full name, which is displayed according to the EMPLOYEE_NAME_DISPLAY registry setting, the employee’s primary job as the primary attribute, the rotation or row name as the secondary attribute, FTE, and relevant icons. Hovering over any icon displays additional information.

This table shows the icons that you can view in the employee cell:

Icon	Description
Processing	This icon is displayed when an employee is temporarily locked while their schedule is being processed by the scheduling system.
Error	This icon is displayed if an employee has any compliance violations. Clicking on the icon shows the list of errors, including messages and dates for the employee.
Compliance validation	This icon is displayed if an employee has any schedule compliance violation warnings. Clicking on the icon shows the list of violations, including messages and dates for the employee. See Compliance warning in shift cell detail card.
Terminated or Inactive status	This icon is displayed when an employee is terminated or on leave during the selected scheduled period.
