Configuring Relief Calling Sort Orders

  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Advanced Settings > ES Data Definitions > Call List Creation and Management > Relief Calling Sort Order.
  2. Click Create New Entry.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    Specify the name of the sort order.
    Description
    Provide a description for the sort order.
    Sort Order
    Specify the column by which employees are sorted.
  4. Click Save.
