Configuring the Shift Offer Rejection Reason list

Starting from release 2025.02 the integration between WFM and third-party scheduling applications like Vocantas was enhanced so that you can specify a cancellation reason when canceling a shift.

  1. In WFM, select Maintenance > Schedule Settings > Shift Offer Settings > Shift Offer Rejection Reason.
  2. To search for a shift offer reject reason from the list, specify the name or description in the search box.
    You can also click the filter icon to refine your search.
  3. To change the name or description of an item in the list, click Edit.
  4. To create a new shift offer rejection reason, click Create New Entry.
  5. Specify this information:
    Name
    Specify Vocantas Cancel Reason ID as the name of the reason for the canceled shift.
    Reason Text
    Specify the Database ID provided by the Vocantas system.
  6. Click Save.
