This table shows the available actions in Shift History:

ASV Assign Shift An unassigned shift is assigned to an employee through the Advance Schedule View. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
ALL Show all actions.
Accept A broadcasted shift is accepted by an employee. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
Accept All Quick Link A broadcasted shift is assigned through the Relief Calling Area. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
Activate as Unassigned Shifts are generated as unpublished through the Schedule Template. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
Assign Shift Shifts are assigned through the auto-assignment process or central staffing. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
Assign on Claim Action A shift sent to billboard is claimed by an employee. See the Infor Workforce Management Self Service Portal User Guide.
Assigned by Replacement A shift is assigned by replacing another shift through the Auto-Scheduling task in the Replacement Mode. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
Billboard Posting Expired A shift that is posted to billboard has expired before being claimed by another employee. See the Infor Workforce Management Shift Billboard Implementation Guide.
Billboard Posting Rejected A shift posted to billboard is rejected by an approver. See the Infor Workforce Management Shift Billboard Implementation Guide.
Billboard Posting Withdrawn An assigned or unassigned shift posted to a billboard is withdrawn. See the Infor Workforce Management Shift Billboard Implementation Guide.
Book Off A shift is booked off or a shift is created as a relief shift. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
Cancel Billboard Posting An unassigned shift posted to billboard is withdrawn because of other actions such as editing. See the Infor Workforce Management LFSO Implementation and Administration Guide.
Cancel Book Off A Book off is cancelled and a relief shift is assigned back to the employee. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
Cancel Book Off - AR Relief A Book off is cancelled and a relief shift is already assigned to another employee and retained with AR status. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
Cancel Book Off - Retain Relief A Book off is cancelled and a relief shift is already assigned to another employee and retained as a filled ad-hoc shift. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
Cancel Vacant A shift is removed by cancelling a vacant shift in the Relief Queue. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
Convert to MVS Shift Non-MVS shifts triggered by any shift action such as book-off, float, swap, etc., are converted to MVS shifts, except for editing and saving.
Convert to MVS Shift - Update Shift Non-MVS shifts triggered by editing and saving are converted to MVS shifts.
Create Ad-hoc Shift A shift is created as an ad-hoc shift. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
Create Ad-hoc Shift - Recall A shift is created by recalling a time off. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
Employee Call Window A shift in Relief Calling Area is accepted through Employee Call Pop-up link. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
Employee Claim A book off created after another employee claims a shift.
Float Shift An employee is floated to another shift or a shift is filled with the float transaction or a new shift is created through the float transaction. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
Mark Unfilled A shift is unassigned.
Merge Shift Shifts are merged. See the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
Post to Billboard A shift is posted to billboard.

Publish A shift is inactivated because of LTA or removal in the MR/OTS. See Publishing in MR and OTS.
Publish - Unassign Shifts are republished as unassigned through MR/OTS after first being assigned to employees in the rotation. See Publishing in MR and OTS.
Publish from Advanced Schedule View An unpublish shift is published because of Schedule Publishing.

Ready A shift is posted as unpublished through the MR/OTS. See Publishing in MR and OTS.

Remove Overrides A non-MVS shift is deleted in MVS.
