Displaying the Show pending approval leaves check box in MR/OTS

Before you can display the Show pending approval leaves check box, ensure that the Display Option is visible in the MR/OTS grid.

  1. Open an MR or OTS.
  2. Enable configuration mode.
  3. Click the Display Option.
  4. Select the security setting for MR_OTS_SHOW_PENDING_APPROVAL.
  5. Set the Security Group to Act.
  6. To set this check box as enabled by default, click the Gear icon next to the security setting for MR_OTS_SHOW_PENDING_APPROVAL, then modify Field Parameters to checked=true.
  7. Click Save to apply changes.
  8. Disable configuration mode.
