My Profile

The My Profile page includes these panels::

Contact Info

Show your contact information. Users with sufficient permissions can update their mobile phone (MOBILE_PHONE), home phone (HOME_PHONE), and email (EMAIL) attributes by tapping the Edit icon.

Employee Profile

This panel contains these links:

  • My Availability Calendar: Opens the availability calendar.
  • My Availability Pattern: Opens the availability form. You can make an availability request based on the core Availability form.
  • Change Password: Opens a new page for changing your password. If your password has expired, you are taken directly to this page upon logging into mobility. The PASSWORD_ALERT registry parameter can be configured to display a warning (alert) message when your password is about to expire.
    Note: The change password functionality is only relevant if Workforce Management is used to control user passwords. The link should be hidden for cloud and SSO deployments.

The rest of the panel presents key information from the employee record.

Balances

Shows balance names and their respective values.
