Workload or productivity value

Before attempting to define volume-driven requirement, you must obtain the workload or productivity value. The workload or productivity value is derived by a source outside of the application. This value is typically obtained through internal research or a consultant. For more information about obtaining the productivity value, consult Infor Consulting Services.

These components are used with volume-driven requirements:

Driver Type

Select Volume-Driven.

Driver

A driver for the requirements.

Description

A brief description of the requirements.

Workload/Productivity

A number representing the workload value for the volume-driven staffing requirement.

Sort Order

Determines how the record is displayed in the Workload by Day Part form. If the Sort Order field is left blank, the record is sorted alphabetically according to the value specified in the Description column.
