Canceling billboard posts using the Cancel Billboard button

You can cancel billboard posts for any posted shift to remove the shift from the billboard.
  1. Open a published schedule.
  2. Click on a posted shift in the Weekly tab, or click the pencil icon on the shift in the Daily tab, to open the inline edit window.
  3. Click Cancel Billboard Posting. A confirmation message is displayed.
  4. Click OK.

    The shift is removed from the billboard and the billboard icon is removed from the shift.
