Setting up schedule profile

- Click Create New Entry. 
- Specify this information:

              Schedule Profile Name

              Specify the name of the schedule profile.

              Schedule Profile Description

              Specify a description of the schedule profile.
             
- 
              Location

              Select the location to which this profile applies using the lookup.

              Include Sublocations
             
- 
              Indicate whether to apply this profile to the sub locations of selected locations from the drop-down list.

              Schedule Length
             
- 
              Specify the length of the schedule in days.
             
- 
              Shift Times
             
- 
              Indicate how the shift times for the schedule are generated from the drop-down list. You can define shift times manually or have the system generate shift times using the shift rules that are defined for the staff groups at the location.

              Staff Assignment
             
- 
              Indicate how the staffing assignments are made from the drop-down list.
             
- 
              Staffing Requirements
             
- 
              Indicate how the staffing requirements are defined from the drop-down list. You can define staffing requirements manually, load staffing requirements from the location information, or have the system generate the requirements from the forecast.

              Profile used for Batch schedule generation?

              Indicate whether to use batch processing with this schedule from the drop-down list.
             
 
 
- Click Save. 
- Select a staff group using the Staff Group lookup. 
- Select a level of preference for the staff group in the Group Preference Weight drop-down list. 
- Click Save.
