Setting up location property variables

Note: Each location property configuration requires a unique Location ID and Property ID. You cannot create a location property if one with the same Location ID and Property ID already exists.
  1. Select Scheduling > Schedule Optimization > Setup > Location Property.
  2. Click Create New Entry.
  3. Specify this information:
    Property ID
    Select the property type from the lookup.
    Location
    Select the location to which the location property applies from the lookup.
    Location Property Value
    Specify the string or numerical value that is assigned to the location property.
    Location Property Description
    Specify the name of the location property. This name is listed in the lookup table when you apply a store property to a location’s staffing requirements.
  4. Click Save.
    You can now use the location property to define a property-based staffing requirement.
