Self Scheduling Group Rule Import Parameter specifications

This table lists the field-column specifications of the parameter part of the Self Scheduling Group Rule Import Interface. Fields with the asterisk symbol (*) are required.
Col. Field Name Type Size/Format Description
1/A Import_Type* This field determines if a row must be added. If existing parameters for self scheduling group rules are specified again, the system updates them. The Action column is not applicable in this table.
Note: The valid value for this field is PARAM.
2/B Self Scheduling Group Rule Name* Varchar The name of the self scheduling group rule.
3 /C Quantity Varchar 500 This field is optional.
4 /D Quantity Type Varchar 500 This field is optional.
5/E Shift Type Varchar 500 Specify a valid shift type in the system. This field is optional.
6/F Day Type Varchar 500 Specify the day type for the rule. The value in this field determines which days are included in the rule. If you specify All Days, any value specified for Weekend Days, Weekday Days, or Specific Days are ignored. Only All Days is used during import.

If you leave the field blank, the default value is All Days. This field is optional.

7/G Period Type Varchar 500

Specify a period type for the self scheduling group rule. You can specify Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Scheduling Period.

The default value is Weekly. This field is optional.

8/H Emp Jobs Varchar 500 Specify a valid employee job. This field is optional.
9/I Def Hours Min Varchar 500 The default value is 8. This field is optional.
10/J Def Hours Max Varchar 500 The default value is 8. This field is optional.
11/K FTE Param Min Varchar 500 The default value is 0. This field is optional.
12/L FTE Param Max Varchar 500 The default value is 1. This field is optional.
13/M Employment Types Varchar 500 Specify a valid employment type in the system. This field is optional.
14/N Work Types Varchar 500 Specify a valid work type in the system. This field is optional.
15/O Weekend Start Day Varchar 500 The default value is Saturday. This value is applicable if you specified Weekend Days in the Day Type field. You can also specify the shortened day names.

This field is optional.

16/P Weekend End Day Varchar 500 The default value is Sunday. This value is applicable if you specified Weekend Days in the Day Type field. You can also specify the shortened day names.

This field is optional.

17/Q Weekend Start Time Varchar 500 The default value is 9:00. This value is applicable if you specified Weekend Days in the Day Type field.

This field is optional.

18/R Weekend End Time Varchar 500 The default value is 17:00. This value is applicable if you specified Weekend Days in the Day Type field.

This field is optional.

19/S Weekday Start Day Varchar 500 The default value is Monday. This value is applicable if you specified Weekday Days in the Day Type field. You can also specify the shortened day names.

This field is optional.

20/T Weekday End Day Varchar 500 The default value is Friday. This value is applicable if you specified Weekday Days in the Day Type field. You can also specify the shortened day names.

This field is optional.

21/U Weekday Start Time Varchar 500 The default value is 9:00. This value is applicable if you specified Weekday Days in the Day Type field.

This field is optional.

22/V Weekday End Time Varchar 500 The default value is 17:00. This value is applicable if you specified Weekday Days in the Day Type field.

This field is optional.

23/W Specific Days* Varchar 500 You can specify multiple valid day names separated by tilde. You must specify a value in this field when you selected Specific Days in the Day Type field.

The default value is Tuesday~Wednesday.
