Leave of Absence requests

As an administrator, you can use certain tabs to manage leave requests.

This table shows the tabs that administrators can use to manage leave requests:

Tab Description
Details Contains the status, type of request, dates, and reason for the leave.
Eligibility

Calculate whether the service or hours requirements are met. If the service and hours requirements are met, administrators can make these determinations and track them on the record:

  • The type of eligibility for which the resource qualifies
  • Whether the leave qualifies as Federal, State, Province, or company leave
Tracking Track documentation and the leave completion details.
Benefits and Pay Track disability, workers' comp, benefits eligibility, and paid status during leave.
Contact information Track the resource's contact information including address, email, and telephone number.
