Setting up Leave Reason

When WFM is integrated with HRT, leave reasons are matched automatically. WFM sends the Leave Reason to HRT when a leave request is submitted. If the leave reason does not exist in HRT, the leave reason is added during the synchronization process.
Note: Do not create leave reasons manually in HRT that do not exist in WFM because this can cause mismatches and lead to errors in leave requests, approvals, and payroll updates.
  1. Select Maintenance > Leave of Absence > Leave Reasons.
  2. Click Create New Entry.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    Specify the name of the leave reason.
    Description
    Provide a description for the leave reason.
    Time Code
    Click the database lookup and select a time code for the leave reason.
    Priority
    Specify the priority of the leave reason.
  4. Click Save.
