Prerequisites
When WFM is the system of record (WFM Standalone), there is no organization or employee data available initially, so users cannot create any leave-related records yet.
The required organization and employee setups is automatically created when the first Leave of Absence request from WFM is submitted.
Before your organization can process absences, an Administrator can complete these setup procedures:
- Create codes for Leave Reasons based on WFM Setup
- Configure email automation and set up templates
- Create codes for Leave Types
