Possible causes
- Multiple layouts are active for the same processing type.
- Duplicate records exist in the source data.
General tips
- Make sure only one layout per processing type is active at a time (except in dual hierarchy scenarios).
- Clean up duplicate records in the source system before running the integration.
- Regularly review and maintain mapping layouts to match your business requirements.
- Ensure that show and sync are not active at the same time for same noun.
