Initial data load and configuration

  • Load foundational data such as organization structure, manager structure, jobs, and positions into HRT.

  • Load employee data into HRT.

  • Use supported tools (such as Infor Spreadsheet Designer) to import users, actors, and context records as needed.

  • Set up and validate configuration data, including cross-references and team types, to ensure alignment between HRT and WFM.
