BOD processing delays or failures

Possible causes

  • BODs are not being generated or sent as expected.
  • Processing tasks are paused due to missing dependencies (such as primary-secondary releationships).

General tips

  • Confirm that BOD generation is triggered after data changes or initial loads.
  • For hierarchical data (such as teams or managers), ensure source records are loaded before target records.
  • If processing is paused, review the sequence of data loads and resend any missing or dependent BODs.
