No display on clock. |

Clock not connecting to clock server. |
- Make sure the network cable is plugged into the Snap port of the LINC.
- Ensure all network settings are correctly entered into the clock.
- Replace the network cable.

Clock not reading badges. |
- Make sure the barcode is not damaged or faded.
- Make sure badges are swiped correctly with the barcode facing down and to the right.
- Try cleaning the reader head with a cotton swab and 95% isopropyl alcohol.
- Use a can of compressed air to remove dust and dirt from the reader slot.

Buttons not working. |
- Inspect the buttons for possible damage. Do not use a pen since it can permanently damage the buttons.
- Press harder on the keypad to ensure a confirmation beep is heard for each key press.
