            | Clock not connecting to clock server. | 
              Make sure the network cable is plugged into the Snap port of the LINC.Ensure all network settings are correctly entered into the clock.Replace the network cable. | 
           
            | Clock not reading badges. | 
              Make sure the barcode is not damaged or faded.Make sure badges are swiped correctly with the barcode facing down and to the right.Try cleaning the reader head with a cotton swab and 95% isopropyl alcohol.Use a can of compressed air to remove dust and dirt from the reader slot. | 
           
            | Buttons not working. | 
              Inspect the buttons for possible damage. Do not use a pen since it can permanently damage the buttons.Press harder on the keypad to ensure a confirmation beep is heard for each key press. |
