Troubleshooting the HTML clock

This table describes potential problems with the HTML clock, and actions that you can take to resolve them.

Problem	Details and resolution
"This terminal not configured. See your administrator." error message	You must take action on at least one of these points: You must configure a reader for the device that is receiving this error message. See Creating a clock reader for HTML clocks. The IP address of the reader configured in the WFM application does not match the IP address of the device that is receiving this error message. Reader configuration is not downloaded to WBCS.
