Transferring Records from the WFM Application Database to WBCS

To transfer records from the WFM application database to WBCS:

  1. The dbupdate task on the WBCS keeps track of the Change History index of the system, so that when the task runs, the task can search for the appropriate records.
  2. The task searches the system database for any changed records, and transfers only those directly to the WBCS database.
