Viewing swipes on the clock

To see the swipes you have recorded on the clock, you can access this feature from a function key based on the clock configuration.

Select F4 (More) > F3 (View Swipes).
Enter your badge number, or press Swipe Emp ID and enter your employee ID.

Note: If identification mode for biometric validation is enabled, then only a fingerprint or facial recognition is required for authentication.
Provide PIN or biometric authentication, if prompted.
The Swipe Summary page displays with the Date, Time and Swipe Type.
If more than one page of records exist, select F2 (Next) to see the next page of swipes or F1 (Previous) to return to the previous page.
The top right of the page displays the number of pages available. If a single page of swipes is displayed the F1 and F2 keys are not displayed.
Press the up and down keys on the keypad to highlight a specific entry.
Select F3 (Detail) to view the details of the highlighted record. Press F3 (Summary) to return to the summary.
The detail view provides additional information like custom prompts and the Supervisor flag, which indicates whether a supervisor performed the swipe on your behalf.
Note: Use the Up and Down arrow keys on the clock to view information beyond the bottom of the screen.
Continue to press the ESC key to exit the detail view or to return to the badge entry screen.
