Enabling an Inactive Clocks alert

  1. Select Maintenance > Messaging > Alert Definitions
  2. Find the Inactive Clocks alert and select Edit.
  3. Edit the alert’s parameters as required.

    Do not edit the Source Type and Source Class.

  4. Click Save.
