Variables

The notification and alert messages use the following variables. You cannot add new variables.

Variable	Description
LAYOUT_NAME	Name of the layout of the plan.
HERE_LINK	The link to the Worksheet displaying the specified plan and layout.
DUE_DATE	Alerts only. the date when the budget/forecast must be submitted by the current budget manager. The date must be in MM/dd/yyyy format.
USER_NAME	The name of the budget manager for the location.
LOCATION_NAME	The location that must submit the budget/forecast to the parent location.
